Event Details
In 2024, we served over 600 attendees and provided more than 5,000 screenings, including blood pressure checks, diabetes screenings, and preventive care education. Building on that success, our 2025 event will expand its reach—offering comprehensive screenings, educational resources, and personalized healthcare consultations to underserved communities.
